“Knowledge is live, learn, train, upgrade, reskill and upskill”

A major revolution is about to occur throughout the whole business ecosystem. Everywhere in the world, companies are attempting to adapt to the rapid change they are seeing. The major issue they are facing is the skill gap in the market, and due to this gap, the cost of hiring and retention has surged significantly.

Various strategies and initiatives are being developed by businesses to increase the competitiveness of their employees.

Arjuna was the finest warrior in the Mahabharata. He received his training from one of the best teacher, Guru Dronacharya. Arjun possesses all the skill sets required to become the greatest warrior.

The Mahabharata war was between the two warriors called Pandavas and Kauravas, while comparing with Kauravas Pandavas have less number of warrior head count. Only because of upskilling, the Pandavas were able to defeat Kauravas

Lord Krishna instructed Arjuna to practise Tapasya (upskilling) in order to acquire “Pashupatastra” which is the last weapon (knowledge + weapon) and gain the upper hand in combat.

Companies all across the world need to develop initiatives that will enable their staff to upskill. Many organizations have seen growth of their employee’s productivity after implementing upskilling programs.

It is now more crucial than ever to continually enhance our skills in order to remain competitive and qualify for exponential growth as the pace of change has risen.

So think how much you want it and what’s your approach towards it.
